Originally brewed as a honey and lemon blonde ale, we added 168 pounds of fresh blueberry puree from Oregon fruits and healthy doses of citric and lactic acid to give you a tart, yet sweet, summer ale.

This slightly tart, incredibly fruity sour will have you puckering and wanting for more. A little lactose sugar allows for a sweet finish to balance this beautiful beer. Just be careful or you might get Cot in the Brambles.

The Centennial Hop has been described as the “Super Cascade” for its more bold and defined flavors than the standard cascade. That combined with simple, yet delicious Two Row malt brings out the full complexity of this hop. Aromas of citrus, guava, and mango you’re going to need to take a mini-umbrella up the mountain for your hydroflask. The delicious true PNW earthy flavors remind us of the fresh wheat and sage that grow in our valley.

has been aged for 12 months with souring agents to see what happens. It’s a sharp bite of
citrus-esque tang with a backbone of caramel and toffee. Whether you like it or not, I guarantee you’ve never had a beer quite like this.

Sweet Ginger Brown 2017 is a special edition keg aged Brown Ale. This malty ale is full bodied and smooth. Despite the name, there is no ginger added. However this ale is sweet like dark sugar and has a pleasant bitter finish. As the days grow darker so does our beer.
